The Space
Very spacious villa has 3 bedrooms at the 2-nd floor and family room at the 1-st floor.
- The master bedroom has KING size bed, smart TV, AC, own bathroom and dressing room,
- The second bedroom has QUEEN size bed, smart TV, AC and own bathroom.
- The third bedroom has 2 DOUBLE size beds, smart TV, AC, own bathroom
- Family room with a Smart TV, A/C, a full bathroom, and a QUEEN sofa bed
- It is possible to prepare the playpen bed for baby on request.
This charming villa offers two modern, fully equipped kitchens, a private swimming pool, a sunny terrace, and a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
For added comfort, the main living and dining areas can be enclosed and air-conditioned with a split A/C system — available upon request for an extra charge of $45 per day (not included in the rental rate).
Inside, you’ll find everything needed for a smooth and pleasant stay — including a well-stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, juicer, blender, microwave, and more.

INCLUDED :
- Electricity, GAS, HOT WATER & WIFI 24 hours (central AC at living room NOT INCLUDED, $45 per day)
- Smart TV en each bedroom
- Own private terrace with BBQ and private POOL
- Bed linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper provided upon arrival
- The house cleaning is making before guest's arrival and after guest's departure.
Other things to note
We care about the health and safety of our guests. Therefore, before each arrival, we do a thorough cleaning and disinfection:
- Towels and bedding are heat treated.
- Disinfection of all surfaces is carried out using hydrogen peroxide, chlorine and chlorine dioxide.
- We also have equipment for disinfecting rooms with ozone. Ozonation is carried out on prior request no later than 24 hours before arrival (extracharge).
